FALCON CUES DEALER WARRANTY POLICY
Falcon Cues will warranty any and all manufacturer・s defects under the following conditions:
1. The distributor must inspect and report to Falcon Cues Ltd. within a two-week period from the date of shipment, any
defects they deem to be the fault of Falcon Cues Ltd. Obvious defects such as warpage, raised inlays, raised rings or finish
problems will be replaced or repaired by Falcon Cues Ltd at our expense.
Falcon Cues Ltd. reserves the right to determine whether cue damage is the result of a manufacturer・s defect or
incurred during regular use. We take pride in being one of the largest and best cue manufacturers in North America, and
it is our top priority to maintain this reputation.
For inquiries regarding damaged goods, please contact the Falcon office at (905)812-5555
and a representative will be happy to assist you.
If the cause of the problem can not be determined, Falcon will assume 50% of the cost of repairs.
2. Within six months of the shipping date, the distributor must report any problems with the merchandise to
Falcon Cues Ltd. Problems occurring beyond this time frame will be repaired
at the dealer・s expense. For example: you have discovered a cue with raised rings when you just opened the box
from you new shipment. You must report this problem to Falcon Cues Ltd right away for us to assume responsibility.
If a cue is on display for 6 months and the dealer discovers a defect, we will not be held responsible.
3. The dealer warranty is void once the cue has been sold to an end user. The consumer receives
their :Consumer Warranty; upon purchase.
Warpage
Warpage will only be covered for 6 months after the products leave the Falcon factory.
Warpage can result from numerous causes that the manufacturer cannot control such as improper
storage, the climate of the destined location, moisture level of the room they were in
and misuse of the products.
Wood Defects
Falcon Cues Ltd will replace a butt that has snapped into 2 pieces provided that there is evidence that the
break was caused by a defect in the wood itself. Such defects are obvious and easy to determine; the butt
would simply snap along the natural grain of the knot in the wood. User abuse is also easy to tell as
there would be a lateral mark where the butt has struck a hard object or sharp edge.
User Abuse
User impedance is NEVER covered under warranty. Chalked cues with scratches and dings in
the finish, or cracked butt caps incurred due to regular use can be repaired at the owner・s expense (including shipping).
*PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 6-8 WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE REQUESTED REPAIRS
