FALCON FERRULE PROBLEM - 2006.11.23

Some of our dealers has reported a problem with cracked ferrule in the recent Falcon cue shipments. We have acknowledged this problem and found out the source came from a bad batch of material supplied by our ferrule material supplier in the US. We have resolved this issue with our supplier and ensure that the future material will not have this problem.

If your new Falcon cue have an unusally white ferrule and you have noticed a crack, please contact your dealer immediately.
